TASK 1A
This Bar-chart analyses how education is taken up in future, by men and women, during three periods, i.e. 1970/71, 1980/81 and 1990/91. The data is segmented for students doing part-time and full-time education.
Males recorded the highest in 1970s at 1000,000 whilst it came down to 900,000 in 1990s in part-time education, whilst Females recorded the highest in 1990s at 1100,000 and the least in 1970s at 700,000. The increasing trend of part-time education can be observed amongst female population.
It can be established that there is an increasing rate of full-time education in both men and women in these three decades. It started off at 100,000 and 50,000 respectively for men and women in 1970s and reached 200,000 by 1990s for both genders.
The staggering increase of educational awareness in Britain, is evident from this chart.
